We've been hosting our annual networking events since 2003 and our career fairs since 2008. In comparison to other career fairs, we provide a less static, less robotic platform for you to discuss employment opportunities. You will have a less repetitive, far less tiring environment to meet prospective employees. We have a robust amount of activities planned that allow more than one medium of connection including the career fair, social activities, facility tours, and networking functions.  Our Aviation Career Expo offers various opportunities, in different venus and atmospheres, to mingle with industry prospectives in a relaxed, entertaining environment for which our community is best known.  A friendly "business casual" setting doesn't just mean ties and coats optional - we host positive, friendly and personable events.

 As an product or service exhibitor/vendor:
We offer a business casual, more personal and much more fun environment for you to showcase your goods and services. We have a variety of attendees from all stages of their aviation career that will benefit from your presence at the event. A good portion of our attendees are pilots from student/instructor up to long-term passenger, freight, and corporate/charter professionals.

As an industry professional:
Come mingle, mentor, network and enjoy a great time with other professionals that share your interest in the aviation industry. We have a number of activities, including various aviation related tours, planned for the event that will make this years Aviation Career Expo an event you will NOT want to miss.

As a "+1", spouse or guest of an attendee:

Guests of our attendees have not been left behind!! We have a number of events to entertain you during the Career Fair, if you'd like a little time away from "your aviation professional". Guests of attendees are welcome to take part in any of our education courses and networking events. Guests are also welcome to join in our aviation related tours. This year, we will be offering a "behind the scenes" Allegiant Airlines tour at the LAS aiport among others to be announced. 

If you'd like to meet other spouses who can relate to the lifestyle of an aviation professional, we offer our Ladies Meet & Greet. Our Ladies Meet and Greet called "WINE Down Monday" is open to all guests (male guests, don't be shy!) and includes not only like lifestyle individuals to talk to but also some fabulous wine to taste and is hosted in our SkyVilla.  We also offer various outside excursions (aka: shopping) and a few Palms amenity discounts that are sure to give you and your aviation spouse a break from the daily routine.  Did someone say SPA? oh yes...yes, we did!
